Section of a new painting. I named it Seaquins and it´s dedicated to the person who gave me the paint. Feedback is appreciated. Click on it to see the marvelous grain/texture of the paper.
Dear Megan, Seaquins reminds me of Georgia O'Keeffe's Sky Above Clouds as well as the minimalist art of Richard Tuttle which you can see an add for on my blog: reneezepeda.blogspot.com Love, Renee
Meeg yer painting is beautiful. The colors go well together and it's a great use of space. It's very complex, yet very simple. kind of a paradox. i would like to see you do something on a large canvas. yer b-day is coming up very soon....
Megan doll, this painting seems to have a texture like suede. The colors are warm tones yet wintery somehow- and we know that winter and all deaths of this nature eventually lead to springtime... and I second the suggestion of a bigger canvas. come over and paint a whole wall in my apartment someday!
