that 70% of public and private space in the historic quarter Barcelona
has been occupied by tourists, the tourists should come together to
claim their right to the city. They could hang multilingual banners
from their temporary apartment balconies across the historic
neighborhoods that state in big letters:
PLEASE DON'T PICKPOCKET US!
